close to pratunam market, lots of halal food

The hotel is located very close to Pratunam Market, there are many foods and sevels too. Yesterday when I stayed there, I was in the new building, the facilities were okay.. It's just a shame that maybe the cleanliness can be improved because yesterday when I stayed there there were many ants on the dressing table and bathroom. Thank you.

hotel staff is friendly and helpful. the room is quite spacious and clean. it's just that the soundproofing makes it less comfortable. noisy voices from other guests can be heard, upstairs, left and right. overall staying at this budget hotel can be an option. strategic location, close to everywhere. bts, mall, pratunam market, a variety of food choices.

Yesterday's wifi was problematic, the film we watched should have been interesting, the hotel is in a busy place, easy to find food, but there is no exhaust to suck up dust

Disappointed with the room reservation for 4 people, it turned out the hotel allowed 3 people because there were only 3 beds. Finally added 1200 bath to upgrade to a bigger room for 4 people

Disappointed with booking a room that was initially written in the app for 4 people, but it turned out the room was only for 3 people. I had to upgrade to a room for 4 people with an additional 1200 bath. According to the hotel, this was Traveloka's mistake.

The photo I attached is a screenshot, because I can't upload a video. Spacious room, spacious bathroom, most importantly the toilet has a bidet guys. In addition, there is a place to put suitcases and a wardrobe for clothes. I am very satisfied with this hotel because it is friendly, initially I was hesitant to book this hotel because I was afraid of additional fees or what because there was a comment about additional extrabed fees if 4 people. In fact, I came with a sleepfamily room type (4 people) which was just right. No additional fees were asked. Alhamdulillah .. the lobby is really near the elevator and can be used for packing things. Thank you very much, this is a satisfying hotel experience

FYI. First time to BKK, immediately stayed at this sleepstation hotel for 4 days here, it's like a family. Because it's really friendly, the packing area on the 1st floor is spacious and very welcoming to Asians. Many say this hotel is bad, but I feel good facilities, good location. Really 99% good.. besides that, I once asked to clean the room. But when I was there it hadn't been cleaned, after 30 minutes, the cleaner came.. so I think they are very polite. I booked a room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (total for 4 people) SLEEPFAMILY TYPE.. the room is spacious, there is a mirror for outfit photos. The only minus is that the bathroom doesn't have any fragrance, and we forgot to bring fragrance.. even though the bathroom is closed, it's still clean.. after leaving the hotel, on the right side there are lots of places to eat and there is a sevel. To the market, it's about a 5-minute walk. So far, I WILL COME BACK HERE!!

I booked grand superior family room based on the traveloka search for 4 pax and the positive reviews. i was given the room key to go up and was called back to the counter. staff said the room I booked is only for 3 pax, she refused to barge when I showed her the booking was for 4 pax and insisted the room photos shows 3 pax. Either I contact the agent or cancel the booking and rebook or top up extra 500 baht per night for the 4th person. I had no choice but to pay for the extra bed, pillow and towels as i did not want to waste time on this matter nor cancel the booking and pay more money. They said will add in the extra bed after 3pm. We came back after 4pm and no bed was added. We were told the money we paid was not for extra bed but for stuffs like towel and pillow etc. We were upset and the boss finally came out. The boss talked to his staff in Thai language and they agreed to give us the extra bed based on what we paid earlier. We made us wait and delivered the extra bed only at 9pm. We decided to change room and upgrade to a bigger room for 4 pax which is the sleep family room for the remaining 2 nights. This was the first time I had such bad experience. Our room was at level 6 luckily, it is not soundproof. So we can hear people talking and songs. There were also ants at the wall and toilet sink. The location although is good that there are street food and shops just nearby which is convenient but I would definitely not rebook this hotel for future holidays. I seriously hope traveloka verify the room pax with the hotel again and change it if the room is indeed meant for 3 and not 4 pax so that others will not make same mistake as me and ended up paying extra. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the receipt I paid and the hotel took it back.

Location in the middle of pratunam market. Smell not good. The bed was strong make can't sleep well

the hotel staff is very friendly, the room is cozy, clean. for building 2 the only minus is the alley in front of the cannabis sales. it's not disturbing, it just feels uncomfortable for me.

The only downside was they're not cleaning the room while we're away. So I ask for a room service at 12 and came back at 4 the room still messy. I must wait till 5.30 just to have fresh water and new coffee and can't sleep because I must wait for the cleaner. It is in good location for people who want to shop in pratunam area. Hospitality is great but really need to work on room service time and schedule.

For the location is very strategic, only for building 2 is a bit uncomfortable because there are those selling cannabis in front of the alley. prefer building 1. for the receptionist is very friendly. cheap price, comfortable room, comfortable, only for amenities only soap and shampoo are available, for toothbrushes etc. there are none. overall okay with a very cheap price

The room was clean and the service was friendly, only I was in the new sleep station, there was no telephone and the environment in front of the hotel was not comfortable, the pillows were too flat so it was hard to sleep, but here there is cable TV.

Small hotel in the middle of market. My taxi bearly to pick me up because of the main road is so small. Aside, close to the public transportaion.
