staff ok i embroidered 3 p in general is ok. the door design using key is a bit awkward. the p i stayed in is a double p, the floor is not ok, there is no hot water. the noise from outside is very clear, so it is a bit difficult to sleep. in general it is ok compared to the rental price and location

The hotel is very close to Hanoi Cathedral, very convenient for visiting the old town and surrounding areas. Simple room facilities, normal hygiene, generally okay

The room is bigger than I thought, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Location is right next to the Cathedral, it only takes a few minutes to go to Hoan Kiem Lake, very convenient.

Good location, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, however the rooms are dirty, the furniture is very old, the sheets are not clean, the towels are torn, the electrical system is damaged, there is no elevator.

The room is a bit old, but the manager is very friendly and enthusiastic. I will come back to stay again when I go to Hanoi!

Receptionists are extremely enthusiastic and cute. Spacious room, with fridge, TV, dressing table and wardrobe. Located in the center of the old town, it takes only 5 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake

Nice room, clean, cozy and gasfn center convenient to hang out. But my room on the 5th floor without an elevator should walk a bit tired, especially with my baby.
