The room is very old, not bright and clean like the photos on the app. As soon as I walked in, I was scared. The wall was painted red orange and had many paint stains. I didn't remember to take a photo because it felt a bit scary. There was still hair on the bed, so I thought it wasn't cleaned properly or worse, they didn't change the pillowcases. Quá sức tệ! 1 sao cho trải nghiệm tại khách sạn này! Mình nhận phòng khá trễ tầm 11h đêm ngày 14/07/2023 , khi tiếp tân đưa mình chìa khóa phòng 301 lúc bước vào thì drap giường bị lật lên như có ai đó đã sử dụng qua và chưa được dọn dẹp. Khi gọi điện xuống yêu cầu hỗ trợ tiếp tân nói lên phòng 401, và khi mình bước vào phòng 401 thì cảm giác còn tệ hơn nữa : 1. Thành giường rất bụi, cực kỳ bụi, và bụi cả ở trên sàn. Phòng không hề được lau dọn! 2. Cửa phòng tắm kéo ngang mà cảm giác lung lay muốn sập 3. Vòi hoa sen đóng cặn thậm chí có rêu xanh bám vào, làm sao dám tắm? 4. Mọi thứ đều cũ và hầu như đã xuống cấp.. 5. Quạt thông gió trong phòng tắm bẩn đến nỗi rớt xuống cả bụi đen thôi xuống bồn cầu. Vào sáng hôm sau, khi mình yêu cầu đổi phòng khác, lại đưa mình phòng 301, mình lên xem trước và phòng vẫn y nguyên như tối mình đến, drap giường vẫn bị hất tung lên và không có ai dọn phòng! Cuối cùng mình phải tự đi xem hết tất cả các phòng để chọn chứ không muốn để tiếp tân chọn nữa, và cuối cùng chọn được 1 phòng gọi là tạm được, nhưng vòi sen đóng cặn xanh còn gớm hơn phòng 401. Tủ lạnh thì dơ không được lau chùi. Bởi vì bị bắt thanh toán trước nên mình ráng ở lại cho xong việc. Đi lo công việc mà quá mất thời gian cho việc ở là một việc hết sức mệt mỏi.
