I booked the room for another person and they said the room quite unkempt and bit sandy. Please clean up and check throughly before accepting guests.

It is located strategically in the town center. Very friendly staffs and delicious nasi lemak during breakfast.

Worse experience of my Sabah trip, room totally not cleaning, hair over floor in the room, noisy to sleep, poor breakfast. I hereby request to cancel my stay on 01/07/24, and since hope the refund of my payment, thank you so much.

The room was good except their breakfast was not that good. They need to upgrade it.

I had a wonderful time staying my my daughter. Strategic location with spacious room even though the condition of the bathroom can be improved in the future. I would suggest the towel to be changed to a new one as it was a bit old.

Breakfast not much of a choice. Unlike my stay there many years ago. Back then, they offer plenty of choice for breakfast.

In the facility information have swimming pool but the reality is not, the Internet speed also very slow and the room dirty. Its worse and not worthy at all with the money I spend

Room window cannot see outside, smelly toilet, old towels, lift area for going to car park not lighted, B2 car park dark, fire doors of hotel locked.

1) clogged toilet 2) mossy toilet seat 3) mosquitoes 4) dirty room floor (apparently no mop) 5) get free breakfast but the hotel doesn't give you what time you need to be picked up & tapau you have to pay....😆 6) order rice The fat side dish is fried chicken wings (my sister said the chicken is hard) and you can also judge. To guess what will come, choose wisely.

Nice location. Clean and room price also cheap only a bit problem breakfast very simple not much choice. Anywhere overall good.
