Poor wifi told staff but not fixed yet and rooms are a bit old, beds and bed linens are poor.

Old room, no wifi, no TV signal. Very boring.

The pictures online and reality are very different. When checking in, I saw a fan and suspected there was a problem with the air conditioner. The bathroom was spacious but the layout was unreasonable. I used the sink of the boarding house rather than the hotel...

Room is very stuffy and damp on the windows. Ants living here as house-pets, i did complain to the room service and she blaimed on my cosmetics, which contains sweet parfum. Ants comes also everywhere into my lugage, clothes, and same with my partners luggages.

The room can't catch wifi, the TV is old and of very poor quality, there is no internal phone in the room, the water system in the toilet is leaking. It should be rated 2 stars.

Old hotel, but the price is sky high, not worth the price, when I saw the room and checked in I wanted to leave. But I was sorry for the money so I tried to stay just to sleep overnight. Most of the time I moved outside the hotel so I only went there to sleep, but it was really a pity for the money. Although it is in the center, there are many other good hotels around, newly built homestays with beautiful prices and much better quality.

This hotel should be renovated, my experience in Hue was so bad. Although it is centrally located, the hotel is very old and run down! There were a lot of ants, they even crawled into my luggage, I had a hard time sleeping at night because my whole body was itchy.

The hotel was old, bath tub was not installed in the floor, water was out on the floor when you are done shower and easy to slippery very dangerous, TV is not working, nothing like the pictures that they shared on their page. Good location but the inside was very old and sad. They need to fix a lot.

The receptionist is very cute and friendly.

The room I rented was charged 200k for an extra person but had no amenities, no wifi, smelly room, old furniture, no mirror, bad soundproofing, no landline phone to call the receptionist, the service and room were so bad I won't come back next time.

I had a 2-night experience in a hotel. There was a bathtub and utensils but not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The lid of the kettle fell off, the kettle was old, the wifi was unstable, and the elevator was broken for all guests. Having to walk up and down the 7th and 8th floors is very hot and tiring. The room in the photo is beautiful but the outside doesn't look like the photo. Only the location is central and convenient for moving around. Next time I will choose more carefully. .
