The house is clean and tidy. Give towels, cold hot water, thick tissue rolls, soap and shampoo. Adequate cutlery (though no knife). However, the sliding cabinets were loose, fell on their feet, abrasions. Unfortunately, the next day was the BFI Run 2023 Race. And the mother replied, usually the cabinet was safe. Mother, imagine if there were children who stayed overnight, it was bad for the child. The air conditioner is already at a maximum of 16 and is in power mode but it's like using a fan, just a warm breeze. (in fact they say there are usually 5 people in that room, hello, Mother, are you healthy?). Hopefully it gets fixed, it's good for me and it doesn't harm other people. That's all. Thank you for the mother who came at night with bandages and other things.

The place is comfortable, clean too, the area is also not noisy, if you want a concert on ice this is a recommended inn.

Tempatnya deket dari ICE BSD, owner nya ramah, kemaren ada acara LTS pulangnya sampai jam 12 malam. Owner nya masih mau nungguin dan tetap ramah. Air panas buat mandi ada tapi kemaren gak panas gara-gara belum di nyalain aja. Jadi kalo mau air panasnya bisa bilang dulu sama owner. Wifi nya juga kencang, bersih, AC dingin. 👍🏻😎.

It was my mistake because I ordered 1 room for 1 person but I brought a friend because I asked from the beginning I could bring a friend as long as I paid 150 thousand. But did not get extra bed because he said the mattress was enough for 2 people. I kept asking if I didn't get extra bed, I still paid 150 if I brought a friend. The staff said yes. And my deposit of 200 thousand was not returned on the grounds that he was directed by his superiors, he said his 24-hour supervisor always monitored through CCTV 🤣 When I heard it, I felt like a real criminal staying here. So in my first review, I will no longer stay here, better at the hotel as well, with the same price but not spied for 24 hours.

Not as many towels as the person renting is provided. Though clearly written we rented for 4 people not provided drinking in the room. We paid for 4 people and the application was written for 4 people but the bed was only for 3 people. Very disappointing. Though clearly the price is for 4 people who can sleep in that room only 3 people. The guardian of the place is not friendly, and very, very busy asking what time is check-in. Even though as far as I know, the guest house, no matter what time we come, it doesn't matter. This is limited to our maximum check-in at 5 pm, even though we already paid in full first means so please. Even the night is not a problem. A place that is very worth it to stay after watching a concert. Yesterday when I finished watching Westlife concert it was rather difficult to find transportation because of high demand, fortunately from ice, it was just across the street. Less than 10 minutes walking. The place is also comfortable and clean.

The location is close to ice, just need to walk a few minutes, besides that, the staff is also friendly and ready to help. It could be an option to stay if you come to a concert on ice.

I watched it at the concert, and all the hotels near ICE didn't make sense. Worth it for now. Positive: parking lots of space, saving me from being exhausted after concerts sleeping there (this is plusplus). Negative: you have to bring a towel, the air conditioner is very thick (but there are blankets), the bathroom is outside, the toiletries are available by yourself, those who keep their lives do not stay there at night, there are no food stalls / Alfamart close to ICE far away (tp from traffic jams on the road to the road). But it's worth it if you watch a concert till night, and you're lazy to go straight home because you're tired. Worth it.
