Meeting requirement. Recommended for those needing a short stay whilst in Pekanbaru.

The location is very strategic, close to various malls in Pekanbaru.

The receiption girl was friendly, had a trouble when try to access room 120, card access control won't work, but it solve within minutes, really helpful. The only cons is, a lot of strain on the linen. Everything else was good.

for standard rooms all are smoking rooms. unfortunately there is no notification about this, so if you want a non-smoking room, take a room outside the standard. if the room smells of cigarette smoke, the FO will help you to add air freshener.

Highly not recommended. Dirty room + shabby towels. Check in and enter the sheets are stained.

The sheets had yellow spots as if they had never been changed, the blanket still had black spots. To sleep I covered it with the towel I brought. It wasn't like this before even though I checked in at 8 pm.

For a very cheap price of 200 thousand for a small one, you can get a spacious and comfortable room.

Very satisfied. Friendly, informative staff. Clean rooms. Lots of food choices, but not photographed. Hopefully you can come back again.

Strategic location, nice place, clean, clean room, there are some problems with the door and water channel, but the service is really good, they act immediately, there was an incident where my child fell from the bed, his lip was split, thank God the service was really good, fast in everything, breakfast is also okay, this will be my favorite hotel every time I go to Pekanbaru. Ac gak dingin sama sekali. Saran untuk receptionis nya agar memperingati masalah antrian. Ketika saya lagi cek in, tiba-tiba ada orang dari belakang main salip saja dan saya yang sudah duluan malah di cuekin. Jadi lama proses cek in saya. Terima kasih.

The wrong key was given to the room where the person was a man, while the one who wanted to enter was a woman.

Cukup untuk tidur dan mandi, di pusat Kota Pekanbaru dekat dengan mall besar, pelayanan ramah dan sigap, sarapan cukup, kalau yang mau staycation dan mau kenyamanan mending cari yang lain, tidak cocok untuk yang bawa balita, sesuai harga.

Enough for sleeping and bathing, in the center of Pekanbaru City, close to a big mall, friendly and prompt service, enough breakfast, if you want a staycation and want comfort, look for something else, not suitable for those who bring toddlers, according to the price.

Very good. Security and staff are very friendly. The room was clean too.
