Nice atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff

The hotel atmosphere is good for healing

Friendly staff, starting from the entrance, reception, service, everything is rated 10. The car park is spacious and safe. the rooms are very clean and fragrant, the pillows and blankets are fragrant and clean. If you stay here, I recommend bringing an extra blanket, because the weather is very cold. Well, you can also play ATV in the park, the staff at the playground are very friendly, don't forget to give tips if you help with photos when playing ATV. The point here is very satisfying. no loss, a bit expensive but comfortable and safe. there is warm water if you want to make tea. Close position to Orchid Forest and Tangkuban Parahu. I recommend to friends if you want to go to Bandung to stay here.

The location is really beautiful, fresh and straight from the pine forest, the air is still clean. But unfortunately it is not supported by hotel room facilities, the bed and mattress are not OK, there are water heater facilities but the bathroom still uses a bucket. So with a price of 700 thousand, the room facilities are not very good. It's already held by PT Perhutani, owned by the government, but how come it's not maintained? Even though it could be another income for PT Perhutani, you know! Overall. My stay at this hotel at that price is not affordable, but if you are looking for a good atmosphere.

Anyway, it's suitable for that price.

The hot water facility is dead even though it has been repaired but it doesn't work & the television only has one live channel.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Our villa building (tisuk) is very old not maintained. Many leak marks on the walls, the bathroom is full of cobwebs, the sheets and blankets are very dusty. If it's just an old building problem, I don't mind, as long as it's maintained. But this is really bad. We had booked 2 nights, finally decided to check out after 1 night only. Hopefully the management decides to do a total renovation. It's a shame because the location is really beautiful.

We booked for 2 nights, but after 1 night decided to move. Our villa (villa wipes) is very dirty and not maintained. I have no problem with old buildings as long as they are clean and well maintained. The bathroom uses a bucket, cobwebs hanging everywhere, the walls have lots of leaking stains, broken kitchen tiles, dust on the blankets and sofa, brown stains on the bed linen. The good points are only fast wifi and the natural atmosphere of the shady trees is cool. For sure we will not return there, unless there is a complete renovation.

For views like, for play ground facilities and paid waterfalls even though if you stay in other places usually such facilities are free, the rooms and dispensers are not clean and the rooms need maintenance.

Rumah kayu yang sudah tua, lantai sudah ada yang keropos, wc nya yang kurang nyaman, keran bocor, keramik lantai sudah pecah, dapur yang kotor dan kurang sedap bau nya.

Dari segi desain cottage bagus, air panas berfungsi baik. Ada TV. Cuma kalau untuk yang mau me time, mencari ketenangan menurut saya kurang tenang, karena lokasinya ternyata dekat sekali dengan jalan raya. Dan ternyata jalan raya nya selalu ramai bahkan sampai malam hehehe

Di foto sih oke, reviewnya juga oke tp begitu coba cek in, air panasnya kecil jadi harus nunggu lama untuk penuh padahal cuma ember kecil. Cottagenya kotor tidak pernah dibersihkan. Peralatan mandi hanya handuk, sabun sampo sikat gigi tidak disediakan. Teh saset ga ada gulanya. Mungkin sengaja tidak disediakan kopi karena didpn sana banyak tukang kopi. Tengah malam matilampu, ada genset tp ga ada bbm? Lampu emergency pun ga ada jadi tidurpun pasang flashlight hp. Niat mau balik lagi tp jadi mikir lagi. Masih untung ada staff ibu cantik yang baik dan ramah

Sangat segar udaranya, kondisi di dalam penginapan pun cukup rapih, water heater berfungsi dengan baik. Dispenser air panas disediakan di balkon, jauh dari kebisingan. Banyak pohon pinus yang menambah segar suasana, apalagi saat malam tiba. Cocok untuk pasangan suami istri.

Cool comfortable place and highly recommended for those who are looking for a quiet place to stay and feel natural.
