I would like to recommend this hotel and services, all Platinum hotel in Yangon are so clean and good services. Very hygiene and safe. I haven't see any problem within a 9 years and I am very satisfied.

Hotel rooms are very clean and awesome I love it. Service also great. But I'm disappointed with foods. Look at this! this is called Fried pork ribs? I make an order fried pork ribs but it's more look like pork skin as well with many bones and totally not tasty. Look at that vegetables, it's not fresh too. I give 3 Star only for room and services. Food is not good.

It is a lovely hotel at North Dagon where is beside Pazundaung River. Rooms are fairly large but not fully sound proof because voices from the pass ways can be heard from the rooms. Breakfast buffet is really nice and Vegetarian options are also available. The river View from Dinning room looks nice. It will be better at the fine weather evenings.

I stayed one night in this hotel. Pro: 1) Hotel helped me to arrange taxi to another area which is 2 hours from here. 2) Hotel provides currency exchange for Singapore Dollar too. 3) The room is quite comfortable. 4) There is mini bar with many choices of snack and drinks. Not free. 5) Swimming pool closes at 9pm. 6) Staff are quite polite. Con: 1) The room doesn't provide complimentary tea or coffee. No kettle too. 2) There are not many international tv programs. 3) There is no power plug near table to charge my laptop.

Are they really want to service night or long stay customer and except from 1guy all receptionist are smile less poker face. They are more enjoy to service 3hr section customers who are boyfriend and girlfriend or couple they only stay 3hr and go back room charges are just over half price and no need ID.
