this is an amazing hotel, value for money, near the station, very accessible to almost everything i am very satisfied..except for the ladies staff who were unfriendly...i repeat ladies staff who were on duty from the night of jan 6 till jan 7... I had no problem with the male staff the, 2 japanese guys and the indian guy who were very helpful, polite and very nice and patient... very professional...

It’s a very nice place to stay if u like quiet neighborhood and super convenient! There are so many nice restaurants around and super close to metro station. If u love museums, there are so many famous museums around the area. And there is a free ice cream machine in the hotel lobby for every costumer!

Fabulous stay!

What I like about this hotel is they provide fresh towels everyday even though they don't clean your room everyday (it's a scheduled room cleaning service. They'll clean it on the 3rd day from the day you checked-in.). The location of this hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance to two Roppongi train station. When you cross the street, there's another train station. You go through that train station depending on where you're going. Overall, I don't have a big problem staying at this hotel. I just wish their hallway lights is brighter to make the place liven up a bit. The hotel is nearby alota restaurants and convenience stores so it's a plus for people who have kids.

Loved this location! Hidden gem! When first arriving walked past it, so look for small street between Lawson and Family Mart, it is located behind them. Lots of choices for food; Shake shack, Cinnabon and much more! Very close to Roppongi station, which was also great for daily train travel. Had a few questions operating lights in room, very patient and fast help from front desk. Would stay here again!

Was staying there to visit an exhibition at the National Art Center Tokyo (NACT). It was a very good location with 5 min walk to both the subway station and the NACT. The hotel also offers free soft ice, though I didn't try it.

Hidden a short distance down a side alleyway from a main thoroughfare is this gem, affordable, clean, wirh free soft serve ice cream as a treat during the hot summer tourism.

Shower was tiny HOWEVER, the water pressure from the in-ceiling shower head was phenomenal!

Awesome service, great people, convenient area close to Roppongi station. Great food and activities and convenience/grocery stores. Room was small but perfect for Tokyo. Can't recommend this place enough!

Excellent location to stay at

We stayed at this hotel for the last 4 nights in Tokyo, and I got to say that for the price we payed I was expecting way more that this. Our double room we was extremely tiny. There was no room for luggages or either a wardrobe were to store your clothes. What a disappointment! One of the towels they’ve changed was still dirty with a big yellow stain, for which I was a bit shocked and repelled. The cleaning service was only available after 3 consecutive staying days and not everyday (as all hotels should provide). The only good thing was the area, as the hotel is located just across the road of Roppongi station. Will definitely not recommend.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! They were really friendly and went out of their way to help me, especially the manager. Despite the language barrier, they made sure I had a great experience. Thank you so much!

The rooms are small, but comfortable and perfect for single travellers. You get new towels every day and the room gets cleaned every 3 days. No complaints at all about the hotel.

Great room, close to lots of dining places, transport was close. Loved the free ice cream.

I wasn’t sure about Act Hotel, but I enjoyed my stay. It was convenient, quiet, and the room was largest one I stayed at in Japan. Only down side was there wasn’t a view, but the rooftop bar kind of made up for it. Friendly staff and the amenities were as expected. Remember to bring a 3 to 2 wall outlet adapter when in Japan. I picked an American to Japanese wall adapter at Don Quijote.

The staffs are very helpful & accommodating. The hotel near ate the train station, near shopping malls & restaurants & convenient stores.

Check in took too long time.
