Very well located in the city, about 3 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 5 minutes from the closest train station and in a 500-meter radius, theres lots of convenience stores, restaurants, cafes and even fitness gyms. The place is homey and it has an elevator going to the 3rd and 4th floor.
