Typical excellent Hilton experience.

Very Noisy!- Hotel is great and staff is very nice. However, we had a room on the 2nd floor street side, it is a very busy road accessing the freeway. It is very noisy and was difficult to fall and stay asleep. Surprising such a nice hotel has no provisions to reduce road noise via better windows and sound insulation. Will not stay there again

I think everything was perfect and beautiful

I liked the staff at the hotel and how helpful they were but I didn’t like the fact that when I reserved my room nowhere on the reservation did it say that parking was in a parking garage that charged a parking fee… I felt the fee was a ridiculously high fee for one night of being parked and then to have to pay every single time you go in the parking garage for the duration of the stay at the hotel when I feel there should only be one charge.

Amazing! My kids played in the pool, I could have a cocktail with the bar right in the lobby. Comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast, easy parking. Will absolutely stay again!

Have stayed before. This time there was leftover drinks in the fridge and a used bar of soap in the shower.

The room was clean. No complimentary breakfast. I could have had a better breakfast at a restaurant for the $35 we paid. Charged us $4 for 2 small waters. I would not have had if I knew I had to pay for it.

Location ok, about a 10 min walk to downtown. Other hotel options are closer.

Very close to restaurants and shopping. Great hotel. The hotel was quiet and clean and the hotel staff were polite and friendly.

Walking distance to venue and it has a bar

Customer service was nice and friendly. Lobby area was spacious and clean. However, the room did not match. The carpet was terribly stained and the hard surfaces appeared as though housekeeping forgot to wipe them down. There were several coffee stain/rings at the bedside shelf, and there were dirty smudge marks on the cabinets.

Everything was great

My room at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Boise was clean and quiet. I was not happy with the $50.00 dollar extra amenities charge since I did not use any amenities whatsoever. Plus, this hotel does not have an airport shuttle for guests like the other downtown hotels.
