Clean room and close to everywhere

The staff very helpful and comfortable place

The hotel did not do proper housekeeping and maintenance. So many things are malfunction, the switch for charging and water heater not function, need to change the water heater to another place to use it. The items that was lost at the hotel cannot be found anymore as they kept saying they did not found it. The housekeeper disturb us after I already checked in and asked us, is it OK to check again the room as they did not did housekeeping previously.

Highly recommended to everyone.

Close to water front, seafood, Filipino market and Imago mall. Clean and upkept rooms.

Be careful when you book a room. If you book for twin bed they might give you breakfast for 1 only instead of 2 if during hotel search you only put 1 room and 1 adult.

The bathroom is dirty. Full of mold on the wall and around the tub. The toilet seat is dirty and yellowish. The shower hose is fully rusty and molded.

Made a complain but no action taken from the hotel. Toilet leaking and smelly.

Very dispointing experience. Request for single bed for 2nd, faulty kettle, can't open safe box, woke up call day fallen on deaf ears. Tainted the honeymoon holiday with wife.

Great Hotel with nice and friendly staff, I enjoyed the Morning Breakfast as the there are variety of choices. I will defiantly come back and stay in this Hotel when I visit Kota Kinabalu.

Room was good. Breakfast food was average. However, the swimming pool was unsatisfying. The pool location is at ground floor, but the access route is from first floor. Its route is peculiar when one has to pass through ball room where people attending the ballroom with dresses and gowns, but we wear swimsuit. Haha. Another thing is, the pool was dirty. Bird droppings is everywhere and I am sure it dropped into the pool although I can't see it. Water water and shower near the pool was not functioning. Ergh.

Room lighting can be improved. Rooms were really dark and the control switch was not functioning. Even when I turned off the air conditioner, it was still cold and felt like the air conditioner was still on. I've fallen sick after staying here though. Hot water was not hot enough. Breakfast was average. Staffs were friendly. Strategic location.

The best Family Staying Experience .. Children are very happy and comfortable .. Good staff .. Next time will come again to this Hotel .. Only breakfast food needs to be upgraded just satisfactory .. Tq 😄

The deluxe single rooms available are not the same as those offered on the web, namely double deluxe /twin deluxe

The hotel rooms are large, comfortable and clean and the hotel is close to shopping malls and dining restaurants.
