Luxury 5-star legend hotel in Jakarta. All aspects are OK. Check out process is fast, but check in process can be improved in terms of effectiveness so as not to wait too long, especially when it is busy.

The ambience in the room and lobby is very good. Only the breakfast options are not suitable for children aged 5 years and under, considering that breakfast for children is still charged.

The elevator must be upgraded. It took my friend 15 minutes to change the slipper to shoes. And people started queuing up due to the availability of the elevator, though in numbers it was more than 5. I would also like to give feedback on no-hotel-slipper policy on breakfast area. I find it hard to accept that the reason for not allowing hotel slipper being worn around breakfast area is for safety. I think it’s more about aesthetic matter. If it’s for safety, some guests wore rubber slipper and casual flip-flops made from rubber, which I know it’s quite slippery. It’s better for the hotel to change the rule for not wearing hotel slipper to breakfast area due to the aesthetic thingy rather than safety. Ask the guests to wear shoes or formal sandal, and not the casual ones. Thank you

Mulia Senayan always been a great place to have staycation in Jakarta. You will be welcomed by the most friendly staffs from start to finish. The facilities and cleanliness are second to none. Love the gym. The only suggestion is the room lighting that can be improved.

Legendary hotel, best of the best

The first time we stayed at the Mulia Senayan Hotel to celebrate the New Year 2024 - 2025, there were so many people staying there, maybe almost all the rooms were occupied. In the morning we had breakfast, the food was delicious and the place was nice, thank you for giving us a very memorable experience.

The only downside is that the swimming pool water is dirty.
