The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. But for the cleanliness of the swimming pool is a bit less clean, the bathroom has no ventilation/exhaust so it is stuffy and humid. For the food, honestly it tastes lacking. But overall it's okay for this cheap price

great, but it would be even more romantic if the swimming pool had lights at night, so if you swim at night it can look romantic. let's complete the facilities again. 😁

The worst hotel I've ever tried. Dirty room, yellow sheets and pillow cases, dirty towels. The bathroom is very disgusting, the swimming pool is cloudy and dirty. 3 times moved rooms because the bathroom was dirty, the AC was broken, etc. Finally, my family and I decided not to spend the night at this hotel and moved hotels. But the management did not take it seriously. It is not worth the price. Worst experience ever

The bathroom water is small and the pillows are very thin.

Take a room for 1.5 million for New Year 1. So sad when I arrived there was no water. Waited until night time for water to come and it was small, flush also had to wait until tomorrow morning before it could be done. 2. Toilet paper was all wet, 1 roll full. 3. The outside sink was clogged 4. Towels were really dirty 5. The towel hanger came off when used, all the towels fell off, when I asked for it I was charged 25 thousand, luckily when I was told the hanger fell off by itself, I was given one 6. Food is not very varied compared to hotels 7. The faucet for the shower keeps coming off Room 101, please fix the facilities because it's not cheap

Its need to maintain the hotel properties ensure hotel are can served well not suddenly water on bathroom is shutdown on morning session that should be time to utilize bathroom and toilet. Appreciate for your kind attenntion.

The atmosphere and cleanliness are very good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, it was a satisfying stay here.

The downside is that the swimming pool is dirty and the toilet is less because it is used about 3 times, dirt is difficult to get in, Mending has a bucket to help when the toilet is interrupted again and please keep a hot shower ready even if the weather is hot but for the morning when you bring a baby it is difficult.

The hotel staff is friendly, the welcome drink is delicious & refreshing, the room is clean & fragrant, it's comfortable...

GOOD & really worth it. I swear the rooms are really cozy, clean, the private pool is clean, the atmosphere is really nice, calm and cool. I really want to go there again sometime on holiday.

Salah satu hotel yang sukses membuat surprise, kamar dan pool ternyata sangat nyaman, ambience sangat mendukung. Breakfastnya enak semua dan disajikan hangat. Harga super reasonable. Yah sempat sedikit keganggu kejadian drone terbang diatas kamar but staff sigap. Matur suwun Chrome.

The staff is friendly and attentive, the downside is that the car park is narrow but it's worth the price.

Minimnya persiapan hotel dalam hal kebersihan kolam renangnya.

Semua bersih tapi sayang air showernya kecil.

Pada awal check in, saya heran, karena saya datang tepat jam 2 siang tp resepsionis bilang, kamar sedang disiapkan, padahal hotel terlihat sepi seperti tidak ada tamu lain. Setelah menunggu cukup lama, akhirnya kami diantar ke kamar. Kami sangat kecewa karena di bawah ekspektasi kami. Air kolam renang keruh, keset sobek-sobek, handuk bau apek, air di kloset tidak lancar, AC tidak dingin, lantai kotor, dan lain-lain. Kami komplein dan akhirnya dipindah ke kamar lain. Kondisinya mendingan, tp tetap kolam renang keruh dan AC tidak dingin, serta shower mandi airnya kecil. Kami komplein lagi. Setelah komplein yang ke 2, akhirnya barulah semua masalah teratasi. Hal positifnya adalah komplein kami ditanggapi dengan sangat cepat. AC jadi dingin, shower airnya lancar, dan kolam renang diberi kaporit. Kami juga mendapat kompliment buah-buahan. Sebenarnya The Chrome adalah hotel yang bagus kalau dimantain dengan baik. Semoga, ada perubahan ya untuk The Chrome supaya tamu mau datang lagi.
