Access from Jam Gadang is always congested under Limpapeh Bridge. Hopefully you will take another route to the hotel. Other than that, it's okay. The best is the family room with balcony 🥰🥰🥰 The staff is also comfortable. Parking is well organized. God willing, I will come back again.

pretty good. friendly staff. suggestion to mute the automatic water machine near the upper tower because it can be heard in the room. so it's a bit disturbing.

The bathroom floor and walls are not very clean, the mat is also slippery when stepped on, it is provided only soap and shampoo, I thought it was toothpaste and a toothbrush even though I didn't prepare it at home. But for the location, it is very good, close to everywhere, the service is also very good, breakfast is given more, there is a prayer room and an ironing place so it is quite helpful hehe but the wifi is intermittent

I rarely give 2 stars. But this was a very unpleasant experience when I stayed there. On the second day, I returned to the hotel late at night, tired and dirty after traveling. But the water in the room was dead because the water machine was broken. And it takes hours for it to fill up again. At 23.30 the water came out, it was dirty so it couldn't be used for bathing. What an unpleasant experience. Hopefully this can be anticipated by hotel management in the future regarding facilities.
