Location is quite close to the old town, suitable for the price. Beautiful old town style space. Facilities are okay. Only soundproofing is not good and there are mosquitoes.

The location and staff is 100 % take my heart but about the cleaning which need to upgrade and room need to renovation also.

Compact hotel, 5 minutes walk to the old town. Breakfast is a la carte but very comfortable and delicious. The staff are polite and enthusiastic. Around the hotel there are many shops for shopping, eating, massage services... very diverse and rich.

I have been in contact with 3 different receptionists, there is 1 youngest employee but the attitude is quite indifferent, does not greet guests, rarely smiles, like this friend was forced to work as a receptionist?

Phòng sạch sẽ, tuy nhiên nhà vệ sinh hơi có mùi. Trong phòng không có giấy ăn. Vị trí hơi xa phố cổ 1 chút, hợp với những ai thích đi bộ dạo phố

Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng, sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên mình ở tầng 3 (cao nhất) nắng nóng điều hoà không ăn thua, mất mấy tiếng mới mát. Xe đạp của villa khá cũ, recommend mọi người ra phố cổ thuê xe đẹp và đi sướng hơn nhé.

New hotel, clean and beautiful, wooden floor. I live on the 3rd floor, so the ceiling is low. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic.

Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Nice hotel decor. Clean. Central location. However, the view of my room was blocked because of a taller house next to it, and it was very noisy in the morning because of the construction noise right next to it. Obviously booking a room with a balcony, so there is no view and it's noisy.
