I really enjoyed my stay at Spring Hill Suites by Marriott Hartford Cromwell. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure I was taken care of. The breakfast had a nice variety, and it was great to have access to the fitness center. The location was super convenient, close to restaurants and easy to get around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. My go to when i visit Middleton

Property is clean and rooms are comfortable but you have to request room service or they don't clean your room. they did not clean when requested. They charge $3 a day for parking in a unsecured lot which is B.S..Also, breakfast was very disappointing. Often there was no eggs or sausage, no OJ . At times there was only 6 slices of bread and you had to wait with 10 other people to use a 4 slice toaster. With consider another hotel in furure.

one night stay. had a suite to sleep 5. trundle bed had no sheets. called to get sheets, was told to come down and pick up. came down and was told they would be brought up to the room. this was 11pm. sheets never came. bathroom slider door had a dead bolt lock. door was a barn door style slider. dead bolt was not an appropriate lock for this style door. OJ machine at breakfast produced watered down juice.

Very clean new hotel. Big rooms. Nice shower. I would have given it 5 stars but we were starving in the morning and they were out of eggs, sausage, bread( any bread product) and coffee when we came downstairs at 8 am. Parking charge was kinda interesting too. It’s Cromwell, parking is abundant.

Amazing front desk service. Room was amazing....only ended up staying for 1 night instead of 2 but everything was clean and comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower was way too rough/powerful.

We really liked the room—they were big & spacious, with lots of storage, well laid out, comfortable, clean & sophisticated looking. The breakfast staff was amazing—so friendly, helpful & cooked the food well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room needs more outlets, two by each bed, not just by one bed.

I have stayed at this property many times and have always had a good stay, until this last time. I spoke to the manager about my concerns and would prefer not to post them here.

The property/grounds are immaculate…the front desk staff was superb and the lobby was spacious, clean. The continental breakfast could be better…coffee service only offers flavored coffee mate. You should always provide regular creamer (not just hazelnut or vanilla) as people have allergies.

This was our first time staying at SpringHill Suites, and we were pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean it was. The separate area with a well-lit desk and spacious sofa made it comfortable and roomy for my husband, me, and our two teenage daughters. We also appreciated the convenient space for a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially with the hot oatmeal, though generally comparable to other similar suite hotels. One small disappointment was a malfunctioning waffle maker that the staff didn't take notice of and allowed to be used repeatedly, resulting in many broken-up waffles. We didn’t have a chance to use the fitness center or pool, so we can’t comment on those amenities. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely book here again!

It was a good stay. Everyone very cooperative

Only issue was being able to watch the TV it dropped your show constantly and was difficult to operate the menu options it kept you on advertising or hotel menu..It was bad and annoying

Recommended place to stay.

They charge a $20 incidental fee, without guests permission when you check in. They also charge $3 a day for parking whether you have a car or not!!! Stayed in room 230, wallpaper pealing off walls and holes in wall. The pull out sofa is a joke. It’s a twin mattress on the floor and they don’t provide sheets. Not impressed!! Not much to like here.

Hotel was decent, other than surprise daily parking fee which wasn't disclosed up front, and isn't typical of hotels away from main city areas. No parking pass, just a mandatory parking fee that doesn't even show up as a parking fee on the receipt, just a miscellaneous charge. Struck me as suspicious.
