Henann Alona Beach Resort is truly a top-tier destination! The resort offers access to a wide range of amenities, making it a haven for relaxation and enjoyment. Unfortunately, our stay was only for three nights—it definitely felt too short! The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The property boasts numerous pools—so many that I lost count—and most have swim-up bars where you can enjoy their buy-one-take-one cocktail happy hour promo. One of the highlights of staying here is the convenience. The hotel provides everything you could possibly need, so you can freely explore the property without carrying anything extra. We would absolutely love to return if given the chance!

I wanna say this first, cause this is a really nice resort. I enjoyed a great holiday here with my family. But the only thing is the flexibility of this hotel. It actually wasn’t hotel’s fault. The thing is we booked premium room with breakfast but we had an early morning day tour at 5am and lost one of our breakfast. (We booked day tour after hotel reservation.) Reception desk lady was helped to check if they could change breakfast to lunch or dinner with extra charge, but the answer from manager was negativeness. Not a big deal but I really hope there’s more flexibility🥲.

It's really a nice hotel. Huge. Very popular with Chinese and Korean tourists. The property is so big they have three different buildings with three different lobbies. Know where you are going before you arrive. Service is impeccable. Lots of staff. Very accommodating. Eager to make your stay enjoyable. I came for Chinese New Year, and the hotel put together a nice show. Huge banquet and other events. Was well done. They have lots of pools and, of course, the ocean to swim in. Lots of kids in the pools so it's noisy if you're poolside. They don't get 5 stars because the towels are weak. For this price, at a 5 star resort, I expect something plush. They are a 3 of 5 on my towel scale. Also the rooms don't have a minibar. And, a hooker hit me up, at the entrance to the lobby, with a bellman standing right next to us. He didn't care, at all, that she was selling her trade right in front of him. And she was not subtle. Not so classy for a nice hotel.

Not happy with our stay at this hotel. We booked this hotel because of the nice pool areas and especially the beach pool but when we arrived we were told that it was closed for renovation. No information was given about this before arriving. Very bad. Adults only pool became a childrens pool when hotel allowed kids there due to the beach pool being closed. Other pool areas were looking old and run down and in need of renovation. Hotel feels quite old. Hotel corridors very noisy and a lot of noise is heard into the rooms because of the big gaps around the doors. We paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel and it was not worth the money. One positive thing though about this hotel is the staff, they were very service minded and kind.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff should get 10 stars, they were attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. I was there from Jan 24-27th with my kids and husband. A special thank you to LYKA for helping us get my kids grilled cheese sandwiches even though it was not on the menu, my kids and I appreciated this “ going above” for us. Carl and Jim Paul in the outdoor bar were also attentive and very friendly. The two ladies in concierge whose name I didn’t get but were working during the day were very helpful in helping us book the shark tour transport and other transports. There wasn’t one person who worked there who didn’t smile, the staff is so warm and kind. Service was quick! Resort is huge! Loved being there! Thank you for the best experience !
