As soon as I entered the room, it was stuffy, smelled musty, there was no cupboard (how can a studio apartment not have a cupboard), the kitchen set was dirty, I couldn't cook because there was no gas or refillable water, the kitchen cupboard was also very dirty, there were 2 gallons of mineral water but they were empty, the trash wasn't thrown away, the refrigerator wasn't cold, I couldn't even access to watch movies because the wifi was down (according to the room owner), I confirmed but the answer was that the wifi was down, there was no follow-up action, the AC wasn't cold, the spring bed, oh my, it's called a spring bed, but it's more comfortable to sleep on a 500 thousand rupiah foam mattress, it was noisy too, maybe the same as the neighbor's room because the squeaking sound of the spring bed springs could be heard from the next room that was "doing activities". The bathroom was very very dirty and unkempt, moss and yellowing everywhere, smelled musty, never cleaned maybe every time someone checked out. Please, for managers or unit owners, pay attention to the units being rented, don't just know how to make money. Big thanks!
