We expected this to be a 5-star hotel as shown on the website. But when we were there, there was no in-room phone, no slippers provided, no disposable toothbrush etc. Provided. The bottle of water also wasn't clean, so we didn't dare to drink it. Nothing was provided. The towels looked very old. We still had to pay a RM400 deposit. With the facilities provided, it's just like a budget hotel. Terrible.

The advantages of this hotel are its very strategic location, located in the city center. Very close to the Petronas towers. Also close to the Pelita restaurant which can be an option for culinary while in Malaysia. Close to the hop on hop off bus stop. Clean and spacious rooms. The right choice to stay at Allia.

Got a level 4 room, it's a bit noisy at night with the sound of the motor, the bathroom has a bad smell from the floor trap, better request for a high room.

The location in front of “Nasi Kandar Pelita”. Very close to KLCC, to MRT station. The hotel was very clean, staffs were helpful.

Very unpleasant. Didn't expect there was a hotel like this in KL! There was no receptionist even though it was still 2 pm. The lobby was just a corridor in front of a gym. It is said that the hotel is combined with another hotel, how 's that possible. The government needs to conduct surveillance for hotels like this. It is very detrimental to travelers.

Not up to 5 star standard. Shared building with other hotel. Check in counter is at the corridor. The table in the room has ants. The lightning in the room is dim. Need RM200 deposit and parking RM10.

It 's kind of scam. Me and my husband so difficult to find the hotel. Because the hotel is same building with Maya Hotel. Reseption in 3rd floor, so I really difficult to find the hotel. Staff is good, helping, but there 's no slipper, toothbrush and toothpaste as well. That 's can't call 5 stars hotel.

Room is big and clean. Staff is good 👍. If you have plan to explore KLCC, just stay here. Twin Towers, Saloma, Suria KLCC, Pelita nasi Kandar, Kampung Bahru are only walking distance 👍.
