Poor and unfriendly reception

The experience was okay except that the hotel had very few electrical outlets and the location of the outlets was very inconvenient. The hot sun at noon made the room hot, and it was extremely difficult to find a place to plug in the fan. The staff had almost no way to help guests.

Plus the price is very reasonable for a nice balcony room, nice view and delicious breakfast in Da Lat. Will definitely come back

While I enjoyed my stay in Dalat and the helpful front staffs, I was not satisfied with the hotel. The room was booked for 4 people, but it only prepared for 2 and the restroom was not clean as well.
