Check in was late, waiting for almost 2 hours with unreasonable reasons, 4 star hotel, service is not good, bathtub is also leaking, floor is slippery, I slipped 😟, there is no jet shower, shower for bathing is only above, very difficult, bathroom walls are still yellow, not cleaned, parking is very far behind, it is not worth it, very disappointed

I have stayed in the CEO Suite room. This time I wanted to try the Prominent Suite which has 2 bedrooms. In the Traveloka application, there is a Prominent Suite option, although the information below is different. The price is also several hundred thousand different from the CEO Suite. But I was disappointed when I checked in, it turned out that I got the CEO Suite, not the Prominent Suite. So only 1 bedroom. Even though I paid several hundred thousand more to get 2 bedrooms. That was very disappointing. After checking in, I brought my own suitcase to the room & there was no officer to accompany me to the room. Even though I was accompanied before. I don't know why this time the service was different. What is clear is that I am very disappointed because it did not meet my and my family's expectations.

I booked 2 rooms. Room no. 815 and 804. There was an incident that I thought was not good. The AC in room 815 was broken, then I informed the reception. The reception wanted to move rooms, because I had a meeting appointment so my staff was waiting in room 815. The technician came and informed me that the room would be moved. Then at night I arrived at 21.30, it turned out that my room door was half open because it was blocked by a hook. Then room 804 was occupied by my staff, when my staff was taking a shower, someone pushed the door, then my staff came out to check, the door was already open but still stuck by the hook, what's worse is how could another guest card open someone else's room. It turned out that the guest had the wrong room number, which should have been 806 (Korean).. This incident happened because I was just waiting for another room, I wasn't directed what to do, I just sat in the corridor on the floor. and the CCTV turned out to be inactive, both in front of the elevator and there was no CCTV in the corridor.

The bedroom is so large and cozy vibes, but unfortunately, I found some cockroach, and he run into under the carpets, and the other cockroach I found on the table, on the other side, I found some little bugs (tungau) at bathroom.
