There is wifi but there is no connection, and the signal is also difficult there, I didn't expect the toilet to be outside because there was no description in the app.

This hotel is overpriced! It doesn't deserve to be called a resort, it's more like a guesthouse. There are no access facilities to water rides or the beach, it's the same as general visitors who are miles away. Regret staying here. Old building, with that price it really doesn't meet expectations.

So sorry, a very unpleasant experience here. The room was damp, I got itchy and after checking it turned out to be bed mites. The TV didn't work. The toilet was damp. The playground was not well maintained. Most of the food was MSG. The taste was also lacking. The hotel staff was not friendly. So bad 🙏

It's a shame that the hotel has such a nice view and the views are so beautiful but it's not supported by a good manager and there's no update on the payment, it has to be cash, not qris or an EDC machine, it's not very difficult. The room was very, very unclean and gave the impression that it had not been taken care of, lots of small tenacious ants, even cockroaches, where I asked to clean it but it kept coming back. Please pay special attention to management.

It's expensive, it's not worth it like Oyo, then there are a lot of additional fees and so on. Don't come here again. The room isn't really bad, the floor is sticky, the room view is really bad, like Oyo, the price is almost 800, it's really not worth it.

We will clarify again regarding the additional fees the hotel is asking for additional fees because your stay exceeds the capacity of 4 adults. The type of room you ordered has a standard capacity of 2 adults and 2 children, and at check-in this has been explained by the front office staff, the hotel will ask for an additional fee in accordance with hotel policy. For deluxe type rooms, garden view rooms are not beach view and are stated when booking or reserving. In the future, our hotel will continue to improve to provide the best service. Check in langsung 2 kamar, view bagus, service seluruh crew ramah, kamar lumayan luas. Pemandangan langsung samudra hindia dan anak krakatau. In syaa allah balik lagi kesini karena ga terlalu jauh dari bakahueni.

The rooms are good and the air conditioning is not cold enough and there is no mini fridge, nice view on the beach but unfortunately it is quite far to the beach.

Untuk lokasi sangat bagus ya, karena dekat dengan pantai. Kamar lumayan bagus, hanya saja untuk room servicenya perlu di tingkatkan lagi. Kami menginap 2 malam di sini, tapi kamar tidak di bersihkan, air mineral hanya di letakkan di depan pintu kamar saja. Tidak ada penambahan sabun dan perlengkapan lainnya. Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih baik lagi.

Klu for the view is really good. But for the less clean rooms, the bathrooms are less clean. AC is not cold. Finally we were moved to a nicer and bigger room with a very beautiful view overlooking the beach, the air conditioner in the downstairs room was cold while the air conditioner above was not working. The water boom is not well maintained. Try to pay attention again to the maintenance of the hotel and the pool.

Saat sampai saya mendapati AC kamar tidak dingin, setelah komplain diganti kamarnya. Maintenance harusnya secara rutin. Selain itu saat mandi sempat airnya mati beberapa menit, sampai ga berapa lama baru hidup. Sempat bolak balik ke resepsionis. Makanan di resto banyak ga ada, jadi hanya makan nasi goreng, mie goreng aja dan harganya cukup mahal. Karena ga ada yang jualan lagi resto terdekat. Waterboom nya so far harus lebih diperhatikan lagi karena ada yang lumutan.

Pros: friendly service, good view, big room and quite clean. Cons: water park and mossy swimming pool, lack of maintenance, relatively expensive price including breakfast, restaurant only opens at 07.30 WIB, is it because day 1 of fasting and we are the only guests?
