I love the Meriton! Great rooms, staff are lovely. We flew in to Sydney early and were able to check in at 9:30am which made it so easy! We will be back

Meritons are always a great place to stay

Staff seemed disinterested in helping with check in. No parking available although they advertise on site parking. Was full but no warning to plenty of cars in the carpark which turned into a problem as no one could get out it was so narrow. A car park full sign would be helpful. Also a little more welcoming on check in wouldn’t go astray.

Absolutely stunning and affordable property. Higly recommend. I was early to arrive before check-in and staff were more than happy for my daughter and i to use the pool & spa facilities while we waited.

The hotel is located in quite a central area, close to public transport and plenty of cafe's and eating areas. The Woolworths downstairs was a great attribute and the hotel staff are friendly and approachable

Was happily surprised with the room. Great accessibility to Parramatta restaurants.

The room was nice and big enough. But the pillows were on the ground without cover. We rang two times to get the covers. They said "yes" and never brought it. The third time we rang, but even the front office did not answered. We had to go down to the front to ask the cover. Eventually we got four covers. However our pillows were 6.

Cot was broken, baby crying to sleep, over an hour for replacement, checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel
