When checking in, the staff only shows the card and checks in themselves, unlike other hotels. Breakfast food is quite diverse. The refrigerator was not cool even though I reported it to the hotel but it still couldn't be resolved so I was quite disappointed🥲

Hotel is old but the facilities still good. Hotel is clean, friendly and enthusiastic staffs. The room is cozy. However, the breakfast lacks of choices. Most of the foods are ordered from outside (on my opinion), not cooked from the kitchen. There 's no butter or soya source, we need to ask the staff for a small pack of butter. Hope that will be improved in the future.

Phòng nghỉ thoải mái, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thân thiện, mình tới lúc 1h hơn đã được vào check-in nhận phòng, có cả welcome drink. Có chỗ để ô tô, các khách sạn khác thường bắt gửi bãi nhưng ở đây thì có thể đậu xe trước khách sạn, mình đi hôm lễ hơi đông phải để xe ngoài lề đường nhưng nhân viên trông xe rất kỹ nên cũng yên tâm. Buffet sáng ngon, đa dạng, thay đổi theo ngày nên không bị ngán. Có bể bơi và cả phòng xông hơi, phòng gym. Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, gần biển, quảng trường, vincom,…rất tiện. Trải nghiệm tốt, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Ưu điểm: Phòng sạch sẽ, hiện tại và nhân viện nhiệt tình. Nhược điểm: Không có nhiều chỗ đỗ xe ô tô phải gửi ngoài

The hotel was just built 8 months ago so everything is still new so I am very satisfied (clean and airy). The friendly staff set up the high floor for me. I really like the high view of the hotel so I will come back next time. Because during the trip I got sick and the receptionist took care of me enthusiastically.
