Clean modern rooms, new comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, overall good value for money

Avoid Milestones Motel! My experience here was terrible. The staff was incredibly rude, especially at checkout. Five different people knocked on my door and called repeatedly, making me feel harassed. To make matters worse, the owner’s family was loudly fighting early in the morning, disrupting my sleep. It was far from the relaxing stay I expected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice, clean and very kind staff.

Wonderfull atmosphere, I fill like I am at home.

Manager calls and wakes me up for room service when I had a funeral that day, I said I don’t need towed till later after the funeral, the doors don’t have proper locks , I can hear the road and other visitors over night . Then as I checked out they had approached my vehicle if I had a pet when I was there for two nights with no pets. I felt disturbed as my privacy was not respected.

Good value for two nights stay

Have stayed in a number of different lodgings in the Collingwood area so was pleasantly surprised to find the room very clean and had a sense of it being well cared for, given the outside is very basic motel looking. Chose it because of comparable pricing. While it is centrally located on the busy main highway, once in the room it was surprisingly quiet. Location good as number of restaurants nearby. Had little to with staff other than checkin. Would certainly consider staying there again.

The man that checked us in was very unfriendly. But other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Good Motel for short stays. Stayed for one night. Was good value for what we paid. Bathrooms could use an update but that would only increase the price. Sheets and towels clean. Nice 100% cotton fluffy towels. Metal key locks. Easy check in and parking. Good location to restaurants and amenities. Like that it had a fridge and microwave.

Stayed overnight 1 night, bed was a little hard, room temp hard to get right on old air conditioning/heater with no number (‘C) values. Place was clean, had fridge and microwave. Easy TV with lots of channels and free wifi. Perfect for the price. Right beside beautiful waterfront trails.

Person behind desk was confused about expedia booking, not very helpful, Room old but ok, bathroom wall was cracked around tub therefore did not use it.Badly needs renovations and could at least have glassware in room and possibly coffee ot tea as an option.
