The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is a bit smelly, the pillows are also very flat if possible and the sheets don't seem to have been replaced because there are stains. For a very strategic location. Please improve it again🙏🏻

I ordered a pool view but it wasn't a pool view, it was on the 2nd floor. The floor was still made of wood. Noisy if there are people walking. There are no tissues in the room.

Dapet kamar yang ga nyaman pintu kamar mandi ga ada kunci, sabun, sikat gigi odol ga ada, berisik sama heksos kamar mandi di pojok pula, pas masuk agak bau pesing, banyak semut juga kamar nya hadeuh.

Untuk pelayanan cukup baik, tp maaf untuk kamarnya ada semut dan kecoa, bau lembab, exhaust fan bunyinya berisik dan mengganggu.

Dikamarnya ada kecoa sama semut nya. Mohon lebih sering lagi dibersihkan tempat nya mudah terjangkau. Sama kolam renang nya untuk yang dewasa tidak bisa digunakan air nya hijau karena tidak dibersihkan. Hanya kolam anak yang bisa digunakan. Sisa nya masih aman lahh.
