The following points of criticism: 1. White-lined parking spaces are free in Italy. The accommodation charges 15 euros per day. Of course without a receipt. 2. In room 21 the support in the middle of the bed is broken. You roll into a "hole" all night long. 3. Closing the balcony door is an art. I tried for a long time. 4. Shower cubicle walls are old and out of place, and the bathroom is flooded with water. 5. Kitchen utensils are sparse.

The apartment is absolutely dilapidated. They left us with the window that didn't close for the entire duration of our stay in apartment 25. After several phone calls they never came to repair it. Anyone could have entered but they didn't give a damn. Indeed, in response they told us that if we didn't like it we could leave. Certain. After giving him 1300 euros. They paid for my holiday elsewhere. Shame on you. These are truly people who cannot be commented on. The electrical outlets are gross.

Lovely and very sparsely furnished, there aren't even bedside lamps. Kitchen equipment, well. Coffee maker had no handle, so it couldn't be used. Rip-off at the parking lot

I stayed in an apartment in the Le Gemme di Mirto residence from December to February, precisely from December 18th to February 18th. From February 7th the problems with the light began, it kept cutting out continuously and we were dying of cold since the only the way to heat the house was the air conditioner powered by the electricity that was constantly cutting out, after a couple of days like this, they turned off the light completely and then came to discover that the owners had not paid the bills. Deposit of €500 paid together with the first rent is never returned and two months have passed. EXCELLENT SCAMMERS

A welcoming, clean place, equipped with simple furnishings and wonderful Sardinian handcrafted curtains. Very helpful staff. Located in a small corner of old Palau, from which you can easily access a picturesque beach by crossing small paths full of Mediterranean scrub. From the balcony you can admire a small glimpse of the La Maddalena archipelago which frames it and which remains imprinted in the memory of those who look at it. It doesn't matter if the terraces lack furniture, a beach towel is enough to lie down on and daydream, looking at the magnificent clear sky full of stars which together with the moon illuminate the cool summer nights enveloped by the sea breeze that smells of the saltiness of mastic and myrtle. See you soon!
