the room and facilities is good, clean and comfortable. it has almost all that I need - large bed, microwave, washing machine, iron, TV, kettle. the swimming pool also have slide and my kids love it. but the process of check in and check out is delaying and frustrating. also the security door is annoying.

No need to stay and very fed up with response, very very very late. From 1 pm until 3 pm waiting for check in response but still cannot contact. Everything failed. Last I minutes I cancel this room and then next time, sorry. Blacklist from my list.

For nice and comfortable rooms, quite spacious and unique. But we have to pay an additional cleaning fee of RM50, plus a deposit of RM200 at the beginning, for a total of RM250. However, the deposit refund was also deducted by RM10, so only RM190 out of 200 was returned. The cleaning fee was forfeited. This makes us very disappointed that there is no such information in this description.

The deposit refund took a very long time, I checked out on July 9 2024 until today July 16 2024 my deposit money has not been returned.

The room is beautiful, clean, fragrant, just a lot of processes to do to check in, it's annoying and takes time, breakfast is not provided, it's only for 3 days and above, the rest is okay😊

The worst stay and I didn't get the meal at all.

After checking out, there was no problem. But until now the deposit money has not been returned. They said it would be returned via transfer to my bank account. The deposit money is greater than the rental fee of the apartment. Highly not recommended for Indonesian citizens.

It took longer time to get response during check in since the check in is via online and the key will only issue4 you. Supposed to have their people on site to receive and refund our security deposit as and whn the guest wants to check in. We ended up didn't proceed to check in and saw few cars also turned to somewhere else due to waiting time to get the room key too long.

Kediaman cantik tapi banyak sangat pemintaan, susah sangat nak masuk, macam hotel bagi nama terus check in, ini sangat menyusahkan, saya tak akan book lagi Bali Residenci ini, terlalu susah untuk saya. Sorry.

Sangat tidak menyenangkan, susah untuk check in, kode diberi salah, sarapan yang di janjikan tidak ada, biaya tambahan 50 rm tidak ada di deskripsi, katanya bisa 4 tamu ternyata hanya 3, padahal kita buat permintaan 4, mohon di black list aja, baru ini saya dapat tempat nginap dari aplikasi yang bermasalah, banyak kali peraturan yang tidak dibuat di deskripsi. Nyesal banget.

It is not the same as what is offered such as booking a room with 2 twin beds but it is not the same as promised. There is no breakfast either, in the booking there is. Deposit is returned late, promised 24 hours but 48 hours. There is also an extra cost, it is not stated in the app
