This was the best motel room I've ever stayed in. It was presented beautifully and smelt nice.
It was the small but thoughtful touches that stood out - the USB cube on the bedside table so i didnt have to move the bed to get to a power point, a can of fly spray, a sachet of washing up liquid with a sponge and tea towel, a jug to fill the kettle. And clean! It was so clean. And not just the carpet and the loo - the tv and AC remotes were clean. Usually they are festy horrors that i sanitize before using.
But the nicest thing was the warm friendly welcome from the owner Tegan. She smiled and explained what was what AND gave me some skim milk for my cuppa. Usually unheard of. This place is run by people who care and have actually thought about what makes a visitor's stay smooth and comfortable. Awesome.
