After paying an absurd amount for one night, they charged an additional fee to store my bag for an hour. Ludicrous. I stay in hotels 50-60 nights per year for almost 30 years and I’ve never paid a fee for that service. Ludicrous. The food was mediocre at best. The staff was friendly enough but not empowered to waive the ridiculous bag fee.

Staff is very nice, the room is clean.

Four of us stayed in one room. It was comfortable and the location was great!

유후인에 기차나 버스이용하신다면 완전 강추입니다~~ 터미널에서 완전 가깝고 1층 카페가 로비이고 호텔이라기보다 게스트하우스 느낌인데 거실이 있는 방이라 진짜 널찍하고 정말 깨끗해서 맘에 들었어요~ 세식구 앉아 보드게임을 즐길만큼 널찍한 테이블에 편한 소파까지 너무 만족스러웠네요~ 2층 침대의 적절한 구조덕에 세식구 한자리씩 편하게 잘수있었네요~ 무엇보다 깔끔하게 정리되있던 룸컨디션에 퇴실때 고마운인사를 아끼질 않았네요~ 뒷편으로 편의점도 가까이 있어서 매일 들렸네요ㅋ 너무 만족스러웠습니다~

새로 오픈한곳인거 같고 방문했을 당시 욕탕쓰는 사람이 없어서 혼자 전세낸거처럼 이용했어요 방크기는 굉장히 컸고 쾌적해서 만족스러웠습니다.

3인 커넥팅룸을 이용했습니다. 서비스 : 직원분들 모두 친절하며, 인원 수에 맞춰 방 키를 줍니다. 방 : 커넥팅 룸이다 보니 트윈룸이 두개나 마찬가지라 침대 4개, 화장실이 2개입니다. (화장실 2개 너무 편안했어요. ) 청소 상태도 좋았습니다. 조식 : 제가 경험했던 유사가격 호텔과 비교했을 때, 조식은 반찬의 수는 적지만 디저트에 더 신경쓴 느낌이었습니다.

おしゃれで複数で利用すると良いと思う。

駅近な事もあり、想像を遥かに超える立地条件で非常に満足させて頂きました。

施設が新しく、内装もきれいで室内空間も広く快適だった。２段ベッドになっており上段への梯子がやや不安ではあった。角度をつけた階段にすると良いと思う。 地元の人が行く焼き鳥屋を紹介してもらい、大変美味しかった。

服務團隊很年輕熱心(有一位臺灣人) 類似民宿，房間很乾淨，有投幣式洗衣機，樓下是一間咖啡BAR，也是旅宿經營的

Such a wonderful experience trip to Yufuin staying in this nice and comfortable hotel , will stay again here

Good point is very close to JR station. But terrible points are, no elevator, need to get heavy luggage upstairs, need to charge 1000 yen if you need to keep luggage there for a couple of hours after check out, hot spring bath available at limited time period , and the smell of the new wood in the room have give a bad day for those who are sensitive to smell, just like those people don’t smoke cannot tolerate smoking room. Think before you try provided the cost of stay is not cheap when compared with other hotels nearby.

地點超好的飯店！出由布院站走沒五分鐘就到了，樓下是咖啡廳🍵，老闆娘&店員小姐都很親切，其中一位店員小姐剛好是台灣人太好了😀溝通無障礙～飯店很新、設備很多、房間夠大、一家四口住豪華四人房～還有澡堂可以泡湯唷！有機會來湯布院一定會想再來住的😀只是小小缺點沒電梯而已
