Hotel location 10 - 20 minutes to the Grand Mosque, strategically located. In front of the hotel there is a mosque and there is a place to eat Ayam Al Buchari (Sorry if I typed it wrong). The hotel is clean, the service is very friendly and very helpful. Spacious room with 2 children. Overall, the hotel is recommended

Very comfortable hotel, just far from the Grand Mosque, but there is a shuttle bus every hour.

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable. Suggestion: need additional shuttle bus to Masjidil Harom so that every hour hotel guests can go there without waiting long

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel given the affordable price I paid—only 99 SAR with breakfast included. I made a last-minute reservation here after a disappointing experience at Lamar Ajyad Hotel, where I checked out immediately. Mercure Makkah Aziziah is a fantastic hotel that feels more like a 5-star property than a budget option. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the overall standards exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. If this hotel were located in the Clock Tower area, I imagine it would be priced around 2000 SAR per night. The shuttle bus service was very efficient, though the station is a bit far from the Masjid al-Haram (about a 15-minute walk). However, I didn't mind the walk because the hotel itself was so comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Makkah Aziziah for anyone looking for a clean, quality stay at a great price in Makkah!

Everything was satisfactory, only 1 thing was not. I was told to check out on May 24th while the stay period was still 5-6 days and there was no notification from the beginning. It was sudden. And until now there has been no refund for the remaining stay. Please follow up with Traveloka.

Reading the reviews was a bit nervous and I was also afraid that it wouldn't be good, some said there were no amenities, check in took a long time and so on. I just can't believe it, how come it's in the same class as Mercure in Indonesia, especially the food? But thank God, everything was okay, got the room as ordered - the quad was spacious, complete with amenities, got an electric kettle for drinking water, you could borrow an iron too, the room was clean, check in was smooth, the price was really worth it, quite cheap, just didn't include breakfast, easy location on the side of the road . It's a bit far to the Haram, but there is a Sutle hotel which is always on standby, but I didn't try it. Hopefully the review is useful, thank you.
