Hi, I'm not his family, I'm trying to give an honest review, for those who want to stay here, the gate if you check in at 12 noon, the padlock is immediately opened from the inside, then knock on the door, there's a guard, here it's a boarding house + lodging. My suggestion is to just book on Traveloka, the point is to knock on the door and call until the person comes out, check in at 2 pm. I haven't reviewed the others yet, I'll continue later.
