The bed very uncomfortable. The hot water in shower inconsistent, one day works the next day no hot water

The hotel is ok 10 points clean, newly renovated or something. The room space is ok, the room has no smell, has airy windows, clean blankets, clean toilets. The residential area is crowded, safe, not noisy and soft music, there are restaurants around morning, noon and night, and the food is delicious 🫶🏻. The staff is friendly, the security guard there is diligent, every time I go in and out of the hotel, I see him sweeping the yard, mopping the yard, picking up leaves. The only thing is that at 1-2am, the guests in the surrounding rooms are noisy talking in the hallway, but when people enter the room, the noise is no longer heard. Overall, ok 9.5/10. Will come back if I have the opportunity to go to Thu Duc

Service is too poor, there is no shower room even though the check-in time is not checked before checking in. There are no waiters. Access is not convenient

Great place for a quick weekend staycation away from the city. Very peaceful atmosphere & friendly staff.
