I was stay in this hotel last year exactly the same type of the room and was not experienced the noise come from the Emporium hotel. I was in 1018 now! Was frustrated with the noise since 08:00PM and told the reception where is the noise coming from. I was guessing whether it is come from the room upper above my room. He said will inform the Engineering? What 's kind of responds is this. Then little bit later around 10:57pm I was calling again to report the same thing and ask some question where is the noise come from! Then a staff named ADRI told me this is coming from neighborhood"Emporium Hotel"1 minute away right next to this hotel. He said it has been going on everyday until they stop the music. Well, meaning the hotel is anticipated with this noise! Upon check in guest should be informed or asked if the noise at least will occur from neighborhood that it will affected the room. The upsetting part:"He said because I am rarely stay in this hotel so that 's why I complaining and did not know this noise coming from! Again this is not the most comforting conversation but accusing a"new"guest who experienced noise supposed to know what 's going on surrounds? If that 's the point he wanted to project. As the hotel is full booked, they are not able to accommodate me for moving room. They did give me option to have a late check out though. But do you think your resting time can be replaced by those option? Unless the main issues"noises"is resolved. For the hotel, your hotel is great by the location wise and cleanliness! The noise however, you need to anticipated more on this noise issues as maybe I am the only one who complaining so far but I think people are clever enough nowadays to decide where to stay around Jakarta.
