Staffs are very friendly and they even offered to help us take photos and videos during our fun time on banana boat and donut slider. You can keep your valuables in the locker also, lockers area are secured with cctv so it’s very safe!

penyedia layanan yaitu Pandan Sari siy sdh bagus.. hny saja kenapa pantai tsb kotor sekali. apakah smua yg terlibat disana tdk pernah membersihkan wilayah tsb?? jauh dr ekspektasi saya.. pantainya sangaaaaaatttt kotor penuh sampah.

Staf ramah dan sangat membantu, terutama bli (lupa namanya), mau bantuin foto dan video kegiatan disana tanpa mematok tarif dimana itu satu point plus yang saya temui, dibanding watersport lain yg mematok tarif untuk jasa dokumentasi.

Sangat cepat dalam redeem. Harga lebih terjangkau pesan di Traveloka. Mbak yang membantu sangat cekatan dalam mengatur beberapa permainan yang sudah dipesan. Instruktur mendampingi dengan baik. Penyewaan kamera on the spot pemesanannya. Hanya untuk tempat mandi lebih bagus disediakan tempat tertutup untuk mandi lebih bersih.

Everything was great as described and shown in the pictures. The supplier provides clean changing rooms, showers. Staffs were helpful and nice. Only a minor thing, I suggest visitor contact Pandan Sari before the visit. I arrived early at 8:30 as indicated by the opening hours on Traveloka app and they needed time to prepare. However, in overalls it was great.
