As usual, Riau is hot. So make sure the weather forecast first or be prepared (sunscreen, hat, umbrella). Ticket upgrades can be done at the counter. It's better to choose the bypass (can access all rides and free/discounted some facilities). Note: Rainbow Slide is only for those weighing 60kg and below. hehehehe.
I suggest taking the train around (free). This is to make sure you have visited the rides that are far from the entrance. (The queue is quite long). Don't be surprised. The exchange tool there is not money, but special Asia Heritage coins. So, make sure you have exchanged cash first at the booth (scattered throughout the Asia Heritage area). And bring a friend/family member/partner who can take aesthetic photos. There are many good photo spots there.
I didn't find any information boards/guides there. So don't be shy to ask or you'll get lost. The staff can speak Indonesian, it's safe. lol. For the safety of the facilities, I don't really understand because I haven't had the chance to visit the rainbow slide. It's just that, when riding the duck paddle, no one was guarding it. So, put your safety first.
