Exchanging forest crossing tickets (cars) must park, then get out of the car and enter the office specifically for those who buy "on-line". My suggestion, it would be better if this could be done directly at the entrance gate. Thank you

The price does not include the mandatory public transportation ride there and you have to wait again, parking and luggage must also be stored and paid again. I have paid for everything and it took a long time. It is not explained in the description. Think again if you come here with money and bad facilities, the toilet is also dirty and the staff there did not check whether there was water or not.

Ordering tickets via Traveloka or other applications is very helpful, easier and faster. If you have bought a ticket online, just redeem the ticket at the front office and you can buy a ticket at the same time to take public transportation to the crater.

Voucher exchange is easy, you can reshed the card because when you arrive at the location the weather is not favorable (it's raining), the ticket has already been purchased, but when you ask, you can re-shed the card the next day and it's recommended in the morning because in the afternoon or evening the weather is usually less favorable (rain). The view at the White Crater is really ok🫶🫰👌. Thank you Traveloka and the ticketing exchange officer at Kawah Putih. 🙏🙏

I hope the ticket includes a ride on a minibus to go top from the parking lot. n explain more options if u want a ride to the top with a minibus or with your own car. so no more hidden fees.
Lastly, pls put a no smoking sign on the mountains.
other than that, it's a fun experience for my family.
