Mau antigen tindakan staffnya membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama padahal di tempat lain dateng, langsung dicolok, kalo disini dateng isi formulir, nunggu dipanggil padahal disitu posisinya saya doang tidak ada pasien lainnya, tapi sangat lama nunggu staffnya mempersiapkan semua... hasil test tidak bisa via email...

Good service, friendly medical staff, swab results don't have to wait long and auto entry is cared for and protected.

Pelayanan bagus, tenaga medis ramah, hasil swab ga perlu nunggu lama dan auto masuk di peduli lindungi.

there is only 1 staff to record customers and swabs, so I don't want to wait for the swab turn. I was told to wait for the results about +/-30 minutes, that time was only about 5 minutes. thanks.

cuma ada 1 staff untuk mendata customer dan swab, jadi mau gamau nunggu giliran swab. diinfo menunggu hasilnya sekitar +/-30 menit, waktu itu cuma sekitar 5 menitan. thanks.
