The ArtScience Museum is part of the Marina Bay Sands resort and showcases exhibits that blend art, science, culture, and tech. It has 21 galleries on three floors, and its design represents Singapore's welcoming nature. Exhibits include The Deep, displaying a vast collection of deep-sea creatures, and The Nobel Prize: Ideas Changing the World, highlighting how Nobel Prize-winning ideas impact our world. Since opening its doors in 2011, it's been wowing visitors with its 21 galleries spread across three floors.

7. Free Screenings: Golden Age of Hollywood

Enjoy special screenings featuring Anna May Wong, the pioneering Chinese American actress, and animated shorts showcasing interviews with Hollywood legends like Bette Davis and Grace Kelly. This April to May, get lost in the glamour of old Hollywood at ArtScience Cinema, where we shine a spotlight on Anna May Wong, the first Chinese American international film star. Born in Los Angeles’ Chinatown in 1905, Wong captivated audiences with her beauty and talent, challenging stereotypes throughout her career. Frustrated by racial discrimination, Wong sought better opportunities in Europe, where she flourished. In 1929, she starred in the English silent film "Piccadilly," considered one of her finest performances. Later, she directed and produced the short film "My China Film," a personal journey documenting her travels. Celebrate Wong’s legacy with screenings of "Piccadilly" and "My China Film," along with animated interviews featuring Bette Davis, Marlene Dietrich, and Grace Kelly.

8. Screen Icons: Shu Qi

Explore the career of Taiwanese actress Shu Qi, known for her versatile roles spanning almost three decades. Getting to the ArtScience Museum

MRT

• Bayfront Station (Exit D): It's a quick 7-minute walk to the museum.
• Bayfront Station (Exit B): A slightly longer 11-minute walk will bring you to the ArtScience Museum.
• Bayfront Station (Exit C): Prepare for a 17-minute stroll to reach the museum's entrance.

Bus

• Marina Bay Sands Theatre Bus Stop: From here, it's an 8-minute walk to the ArtScience Museum. Look out for buses like SBS 97, 97E, 133, 133M, 502, and 518, as well as SMRT 106.
• Bayfront Station Exit B/Marina Bay Sands Bus Stop: This stop requires a 12-minute walk to the museum.

Car

If you're driving, head to the North Car Park at Marina Bay Sands. Take the lift to Level 1 and walk out to the Waterfront Promenade, leading you to the ArtScience Museum. The drop-off point is at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956.

Direct your driver to The Shoppes/Casino drop-off point, which is just a 7-minute walk to the museum.
