There was a slight misunderstood incident... our bus schedule from Sapa to Hanoi which was supposed to leave at 6.30 was changed back to 13.30... because of the lack of English the officers at the Internusa counter... they said there was no manifest in our name... some evidence and until the barcode was shown , but they still said there wasn't any... at that time because I had to go back to Hanoi, without any further argument I bought another bus ticket in cash... and a few hours later I got an email from Traveloka about the change, then Traveloka processed our bus ticket refund... thank you 👍 👍
