Thang Long Water Puppet Show Tickets: Skip The Line

One of the most beautiful show I’ve ever seen, we can learn Vietnamese culture through the show. Hats off the performers 👍🏼

Very interesting and very full

The ticket exchange process went smoothly. The show went well. But security was very lacking. In the middle of the crowd, my cellphone was stolen. When I was going to open my bag, the front pocket of the backpack was already open and the cellphone was gone. The security guard did not help. We asked to check the CCTV but were not responded to. The reason was that there was no recording.

The ticket must be pick up at the travel agent 3 minute walk from the theater, easy redemption and no queue at the spot.

I don’t know what the meaning of “skip the line” because no sign or line for this, overall actually on the general queue but The show was so good and the staff on redemption stand very helpful and kind thank you

The program was great, Vietnamese people should support and maintain these traditional art forms. I went with only foreigners. The uncle and aunt are very passionate about their profession. The lights, sounds, stories, and movements of the puppets are very vivid.

Great seats at the show and clear redemption instructions

it was okay, nothing remarkably good. the puppets were old and didn't look very nice. i paid for the most expensive seats but didn't feel like it's worth my money.

In general, this water puppet is very good because it shows the traditions of Vietnam. However, administratively it is a bit confusing if we buy tickets online because we have to exchange or redeem the online ticket with a real ticket, at that time we cannot exchange the online ticket directly at the counter because we have to find a travel agent officer who brought it while we do not know who the person or the travel agent concerned is until 10 minutes before the show starts there is a representative of the agent who is looking for us who hold online tickets together with other groups who also hold online tickets, this is quite confusing in my opinion even though it may have become a habit there. the quality of the show itself is very good, interesting and quite informative. we can also rent audio guides in various languages If I'm not mistaken there are 6 or 7 languages but no Indonesian. the show lasts 55 minutes. the quality of the seats is very low because the heads of the audience in front of us are very likely to block the view of those behind. and we can't choose seats like in a cinema, so just as we can. don't know if you can choose seats if you buy offline. the only ones that can be chosen are the seat classes which consist of 3 classes.

The performance was very good, but there were some problems when entering the event. The person who brought the ticket was very late. Until the show starts It is recommended that it is better to buy on site.

The show was interesting even though we didn't understand what they were saying. But there were some funny things. For ticket exchange, you have to find an agent in the area to exchange physical tickets, the place is not far. Overall is Nice.

the process is smooth, first I should change the e ticket in a travel agency near the theater. Water puppet show is a must if you visit to Hanoi

So Actually we need to redeem the Traveloka Voucher, they informed us by email, but we dont see the email notification, after we arrived at Thang Long, the Staff Sent us directly the Physical Ticket instead of us go to their office , Really thanks for the quick action , because if not, maybe we will late for the show ☺️🙏🏻

The sound and visual effects are great

You can't redeem your ticket directly at the theater counter, but it's quite a long way around 270m, so you have to redeem it from a broker, because you can't get in if you don't have a physical ticket.
