The Best Time to Spend the Holidays in Boracay

Boracay is a tourist magnet throughout the year; hence, we wouldn’t recommend you book your flights without knowing when is the best time to do so.

According to numerous travel articles, April through December is the best month to plan your trip to Boracay.

Why? Well, one and the most important thing is the weather is nice, and this is when beach activities are in high gear. If you end up during the wet season, the only thing you can do is watch the beach and stay indoors.

The rates for accommodation will be a little high because that period is also during the tourist season, so you will see a lot of tourists banking on the same deal as you.

If you want to have a little peace and quiet, you can go sometime in November. There is little rain, but it won’t be too frequent. Plus, the hotel rates will generally be lower, and the tourist rate is not too high.

Beaches of Boracay Island

It is a crime to the travelling soul if you skip exploring all beaches on Boracay island. The whole point of going to Boracay is to enjoy its beaches, and the island has a lot of them.

The White Beach area is divided into three stations due to how long it stretches out.

Station 1 is at the northernmost area and has the widest beachfront. Many 5-star hotels and resorts are built here. The guests of these accommodations will be able to enjoy a secluded area of the beach.
Station 2, the beach is more for the public. It is also considered as a more business beach as there are many restaurants, clubs, shops, and booths that can be found here. It is also the most crowded beach among the three.
Station 3 is the least developed one. Many hostels or budget accommodations are built here. It is quieter, too, as compared to other key spots on White Beach.

Then the Puka Shell Beach is 20-minutes away from the White Beach, and you need to take a tricycle to get there.

You can walk all the way there; it will give you some aesthetic values to enjoy the sandy beach. This beach is not typical to have many tourists flock to it, so this is the beach for you if you want tranquillity.
