Cost of rental car is determined by pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
Rental cost includes driver, fuel, toll, and parking fees, as well as a 10% service tax from Golden Bird.
Rental cost from Jakarta Airport (CGK) does not include Toll JORR II road charge (Kunciran- Serpong, Serpong – Cinere). It will be charged to passengers.
Changes in drop-off zones will result in extra cost, which will be charged directly by Golden Bird and must be paid before pick-up time.

Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 60 minutes (for domestic arrivals) or 90 minutes (for international arrivals) after the agreed pick-up time. Passengers are required to pay a late fee of Rp. 50,000 per hour if they exceed the pickup time limit.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
Luggage includes suitcases, backpacks (carriers), and cardboard boxes.
The standard baggage measurement for one item is 24 inches (43 x 23 x 63 cm). Strollers, wheelchairs, and folding bicycles, will be counted as two items.
All luggage must be placed in the third row of the vehicle and should not block the rear view. Carry-on bags or backpacks smaller than 60 liters can be placed in the front row of the vehicle.
Oversized luggage such as surfboards, non-folding bicycles, or sharp/hazardous objects that could cause damage are not permitted inside the vehicle.
The driver has the right to refuse passengers who bring luggage that does not comply with the above regulations.
Passengers traveling from the airport are required to go to the Golden Bird counter to confirm their booking or contact the driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Please refer to your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.

Golden Bird guarantees extra waiting time in the case of flight delays for passengers who provide their valid flight numbers. If your flight is delayed, please call Golden Bird Call Center at +6221 794 4444 before boarding, or max. 1 hour before the agreed pick-up time.
Passengers are required to pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the Golden Bird staff or driver.
Rescheduling can be done at the latest (3) hours before the agreed pick-up time, and is based on availability. Refund is available for cancellations made up to three (3) hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Passengers are not eligible to get refunds for cancellations made less than three (3) hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Passengers are required to follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are forbidden to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odor and/or dangerous items in the Golden Bird vehicle. Dangerous items included but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Golden Bird vehicle.
Passengers are forbidden to use the Golden Bird service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from policy violations as mentioned above.
