To change your flight route, simply follow these steps:

1. First, check if your flight is eligible for rerouting. Go to My Booking, open the e-ticket of the flight that you want to reroute, then, tap Reschedule.

2. Tap Policy and read the rerouting policy. Please keep in mind that you may be charged a fee for rerouting. After reading the policy, tap Request Reschedule. Select the flight and passengers that you want to reschedule and tap Continue. Read the reschedule policy, then, check the box to agree and tap Continue.

3. Fill in your new flight details and select a flight that suits you. Take note if your new flight is eligible for refund or reschedule. Check your New Flight Fare.

If the price of your new flight is higher than your original flight, you will be charged the difference. 

If the price of your new flight is lower than your original flight, the surplus will be refunded to you via your original payment method. For example, if you paid by bank transfer, the surplus will be transferred back to your bank account.

Tap Continue. Check your new booking details and tap Continue to Payment.

4. Select your payment method and make your payment.

You will find your new e-ticket on My Booking and your email within 60 minutes after your payment is received.

Currently, rerouting via Easy Reschedule is only available to some domestic flights in Indonesia. To find out about each airline’s policy, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.
