The whole place is run down, dirty, the family room was too small for a family of 4. Parking was an additional charge to room charge. Need laundry facilities with card method payments as reception did not change for you to use coin machines for washing and dryer.

I liked how quiet the room was. Couldn’t hear any of the people in the rooms nearby or the traffic outside the hotel. Definitely worth the money

Was incredibly over-priced due to peak period (Schools Spectacular), no water pressure due to everyone showering at once, very loud plumbing, pillows really soft, not enough towels provided (2 towels for 3 guests), no phone answering from reception for multiple calls different days over a month to attempt to pre-book parking.
At other times, it is cheap accommodation and lives up to that.
