Quiet and good for couples

This was a great property to stay at with friendly, helpful staff. Was very clean inside cabin. Close to railway station. This could pose a problem to someone sensitive to noise. For us - better the occasional train than the noise of traffic! 1 hour train trip and we were in Sydney. Loved it. Better than driving ourselves in. Very competitive rate for the area. Will return next time in Sydney. Was able to plug in our EV to the powerpoint in the cabin. Would be nicer if they had external powerpoint to plug into. Property was very clean but showing signs of age - bench top worn out. Sliding door not working properly. Inground dirt in bathroom but only minor amount.

Easy after hours check in. The cabin was a bit outdated but ok for a short stay.

Overall wasn’t very clean, floor felt like it had dirt on it and there was a spider in the shower. Big concern being the power main in the bedroom didn’t have a cover on it allowing easy access for a child, to which my son did turn the power off at the box while I was in the shower as he didn’t know what it was and power main was overdue for it’s inspection.

Very comfortable rooms and beds

Nice and handy to where I needed to be. Grounds are lovely, well organised after hours check in. “No/weak signal” most of my stay for TV - only complaint.

This was cost effective and a very comfortable cabin. The bed was very comfy- simple, very clean and safe. I’ll be back

The manager was most helpful in arranging for us to stay in an upgraded cabin with kitchenette and for an extra night. I had previously phoned to enquire about booking an extra night but was told everything was booked out!

Very quiet and relaxing stay. Beds were super comfy. Close to the train station, easy walk. Check in and out was a breeze. Only 1 problem wasn’t a major issue…..didn’t like that to keep our bedroom door closed was a piece of sticky tape.

Had everything we needed for a short stay with the little kitchen and facilities. The heating was amazing - I was worried we would be cold but not at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wish we had of booked more days. Very cosy cabin with extremely comfortable beds and with quality linen. Had everything we could possibly need and so very quiet, we would not hesitate to come back and stay again.

Trying to book in was a nightmare due to empty office during day when it was supposed to be attended 9am to 5pm.. both staff having a lunch hour at same time it seemed when we dropped by to organise late checkin due to working commitments.... then trying to organise a late check-in by phone contact when their phone system wasn't working caused huge inconvenience also. Very unprofessional. The bed was atrocious... small double bed which had large sinking dip in middle and impossible for 2 adults to sleep comfortably on. Husband had to sleep on the couch for the 3 night stay. Never had to do this at any other accommodation ever!. Replace your beds! Shower head was old and faulty and needs replacing. General facilities in cabin otherwise were ok. Good working fridge, tv, airconditioner and easy parking outside cabin. Won't be staying here again unless cabins improved.
