Mantra Crown Towers Surfers Paradise

Our unit was great, has ducted aircon. But relative who stayed in different unit only has aircon in master and living room, so I guess each unit could be different. Secure access, or maybe too secure depending on how you see it, as the relative stayed at different level, and the fob can only access your level. So we need to meet in lobby if want to catchup. Otherwise it has everything, sandy pool, kids pool, heated indoor pool. Thai restaurant for dinner only. The only thing lacking is breakfast place (though it has pool side cafe I guess). In fact if you want breakfast, they offer you to come to nearby Mantras.

Stayed here few times, it has nice sand pool, and an indoor pool, Kids loved it

Family of four. 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 9). It was perfect for our family. The location is excellent only a short walking distance from Surfers Paradise centre. Lots of free parking. The Thai restaurant at the hotel had the most amazing food. The pools are brilliant, large outdoor pool with sand which the kids enjoyed. Our room was a bit dated and could do with a refurb but apart from that it was extremely spacious. Having a full kitchen was excellent as well as a laundry in the room was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for families with three great pools and walkable to restaurants, shops and the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom showers were not clean, tiles were full of scum and mold. I asked for them to be cleaned and was told they would get housekeeping on to it. Housekeeping did not come to clean bathroom. The room was very dated and the door to the unit did not lock properly either. We had to really slam the door for it to lock when we were leaving. Will not stay at another Mantra again.

Bedroom and living spaces have had a recent renovation, though bathroom remains dated. Overall great location and amenities within the accommodation. Easy walk to the beach and Cavill Ave area. At no fault of the property there is a new high rise that has commenced construction next door with works and noise beginning from 7am.

There is construction happening around the property which is very loud. There was no communication about the construction from the property. Property is quite outdated. There was no kettle in the room. Had to chase the hotel staff multiple times for a kettle. Pools are nice though.

Our stay was okay. The apartments are large, the pool is awesome and most staff were lovely. However I always feel a bit ripped off when you book almost a year in advance, pay for an ocean view, then get placed in a room on the side where you can only see the ocean between buildings if you’re out on the balcony, looking a certain way. This is in contrast to a room my parents booked only months out and were placed on the 32 floor (we were on 17) with a gorgeous full ocean view. It feels deceptive. It also seems strange a big chain like the Mantra would have an onsite cafe that is cash only. Our stay was good and I’m glad we gave it a try but I wouldn’t go back.

There was construction going on opposite the hotel, very noisy early morning

Had the best stay ever with my 3 kids at the Crown Mantra. Yes, the hotel may be a little bit dated however the rooms were spacious, clean and it has the best pool in Surfers. Money well spent.

Better options for the locking of the balcony doors could be better, and somewhere to hang wet clothing that can’t be put into a dryer also. One of the bathrooms weren’t given a real good clean over before our arrival also. Otherwise me and the family loved it!

Rooms definitely need to be updated very old and have a damp smell

Great hotel for my family to stay. Pool facilities kept the children entertained and the hitel was in walking distance to multiple dining options. I would definitely stay again.
