Very happy with the facilities for our over night stay, clean and comfortable rooms, nice dining area, great pool and nice well equipped gym. We woke in the morning to flat tyre and had to wait for the nrma, the staff were super understanding and let us stay in the room a little long while we waited with our 5 year old child. I would definitely stay at Quality Hotel Coffs Harbour again.

Staff is very good, but i found many cockroch in the room, so we have a rough night. We didn't sleep well, and the shower was not good unless you provided the shower cap.

Having left the lights on in my car the staff called me as I was at dinner at the jetty. I'd left the car key in the room so at my request, they got the key and turned off the lights without me having to return and then called me to let me know all was well. Excellent service

Great room - excellent that there is a restaurant and bar on the premises with a gym and pool. Staff were friendly and helpful - paid a little more for the room than usual but my stay ticked so many boxes it was worth it.

The property is ok. Considering what they charge it really isn't anything special or exciting. My room was apparently upgraded. It was just a standard motel room really. My room had a major leak. Carpet was saturated. I didn't discover this until the next morning of my stay when i was rushing out for the day. By the time I returned reception was closed. I checked out the next morning and advised the staff about the leak. They stated 'Why didn't you tell us earlier'. Sorry I was very busy for the weekend. That was it! So for $300 a night you get to stay in a room with soggy Carpets. I will never stay here again

Our family of 5 stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment/townhouse. The staff member at checkin was so kind, the room was perfect (our kids thought it was the coolest hotel room ever), everything was clean, and the location had a lot of restaurants nearby to grab dinner. This was just a quick stopover on our road trip, but I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is called the city centre it's not anywhere near the city centre. King suites are not king suites, they are shoe boxes not blackout blinds. Very noisy spot. Was a hot day booked it because it had a pool, only to find out upon arrival that the pool was empty. Stay elsewhere

The room pictured is not the room I stayed but I was very happy with the room. Well appointed and needed nothing more. Lovely Reception staff and Professional. Happy with everything but, disappointed the Restaurant didn't operate Friday or Saturday night as that was one of the factors of my booking knowing I would be on my own and didn't want to go out anywhere. Very noisey guest above and around on Saturday night until approx. 1.45am. Good location to Town and other important needs.
